Restrictions

• The boat has a maximum capacity of 12 passengers, while each banana boat permits a maximum of 6 people. Two banana boats can be launched at once.
• Guests must be at least 5 years old to participate.
• Individuals with back, shoulder, knee, or neck problems are advised against this activity.
• Guests should know how to swim and be comfortable in the water.
• A minimum of 6 guests is required for the tour to depart.
• Expectant mothers are not permitted on tours.
• This activity is not handicap accessible.

Additional Information

• The boat allows the vendor to load and unload customers on and off the banana. The vendor uses an Ocean Pro CWS Parasail Boat so guests in multiple groups may be transported together on the bananas; however, you will only be with your group on the banana boat ride.
• If the weather is deemed unfavorable by the vendor, your reservation may be altered, modified, rescheduled, or refunded at the vendor's discretion.
• Photo packages are available; please inquire when you check in with the vendor.
• Service and comfort animals are welcome on the boat.
• Parking is available on-site for a fee.

• $10 cancellation fee.
• 48 hours cancellation policy.
• If we only complete half the trip and the other half is cancelled due to rain, no refunds.
• Refunds will not be given if you do not show up or show up late, resulting in a shortened trip.
• Trips cannot be rebooked the day of the trip. Rebookings 24 hours in advance will be charged an additional $50 rebooking fee.
